At BuyCarLift, we stand behind the quality of our automotive equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product isn't used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Heavy machinery (Lifts, Excavators) must be crated and secured as originally received to prevent transit damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Custom-ordered equipment or modified units.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is."
• Products that have been installed or bolted to the floor.

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping

Because of the size and weight of automotive lifts and machinery, the following fees apply:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned machinery.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at (770) 282-7897 or info@buycarlift.com. We recommend inspecting all freight upon arrival before signing the bill of lading.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
