30-Day Return Window

Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date

  • Equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, materials, and accessories must be included

  • Product must be in resalable condition with no modifications or damage

  • Return authorization must be obtained before shipping item back

How to Initiate a Return

Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email our customer service team or call us to request a return

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

  • We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • You'll receive detailed return shipping instructions

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Include your RMA number on the outside of the package

  • Keep your tracking information for your records

Important: Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Customer Responsibility:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you're responsible for return shipping costs

  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns due to personal preference are at customer's expense

  • Incorrect Order Placed: If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, return shipping is your responsibility

We Cover Shipping When:

  • Defective Product: If the item arrived defective or damaged

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we shipped the incorrect product

  • Manufacturing Defect: If there's a defect covered under warranty

  • Our Error: Any mistake on our part

For large equipment, return freight shipping can be expensive. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product specifications and contacting us with questions before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.

Exchanges

Get the Right Equipment for Your Needs

If you received the wrong item or need a different size or model, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery

  2. Explain what product you'd like to exchange for

  3. We'll coordinate the return of your original item

  4. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your replacement

  5. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly

Exchange Shipping:

  • Same rules apply as returns regarding who covers shipping costs

  • Exchanges due to our error ship free both ways

  • Exchanges due to customer preference: customer covers return shipping, we cover shipping the new item

Refund Process

Fast & Fair Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund promptly.

Timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive the return

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval

  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when return is due to our error or defect)

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price (if item is in perfect resalable condition)

  • Restocking fees may apply in certain circumstances (see below)

  • Return shipping costs are deducted if paid by us on customer-initiated returns

Restocking Fees

When Restocking Fees Apply

In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees. However, restocking fees may apply in the following situations:

  • Opened/Used Equipment: 15-25% restocking fee for items that have been unpacked and used but are still functional

  • Missing Parts: If accessories, manuals, or components are missing

  • Damaged Packaging: If original packaging is damaged and item cannot be resold as new

  • Custom Orders: Special orders or customized equipment may be subject to higher restocking fees or may be non-returnable

We'll inform you of any applicable restocking fees before processing your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Installed equipment (lifts that have been mounted or installed)

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)

  • Custom-ordered or specially configured equipment

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Equipment modified or altered after delivery

  • Items returned after 30-day window without prior authorization

Damaged or Defective Items

We'll Make It Right

If your equipment arrives damaged or proves to be defective, we'll take care of it immediately.

Report Damage or Defects:

  • Shipping Damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  • Defects: Report within 30 days of delivery

  • Manufacturing Issues: May be covered under manufacturer's warranty (see below)

Resolution Options:

  1. Replacement: We'll send a replacement unit at no charge

  2. Repair: We'll arrange repair or send replacement parts

  3. Full Refund: If replacement isn't available or suitable

We Cover:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Replacement shipping costs

  • Any inspection or repair costs

You Don't Pay:

  • No restocking fees for damaged or defective items

  • No deduction for return shipping

  • Full refund of original purchase price

Manufacturer's Warranty

Long-Term Protection

Many of our automotive lifts come with manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our 30-day return period. These warranties cover manufacturing defects and mechanical failures.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Varies by manufacturer and product (typically 1-5 years)

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship

  • May require professional installation for validity

  • Specific terms provided with each product

Warranty Claims:

  • Contact us first - we'll coordinate with the manufacturer

  • May require photos, videos, or professional inspection

  • Manufacturer determines repair vs. replacement

  • We're here to advocate for you throughout the warranty process

Important: Warranty may be void if equipment is improperly installed, modified, or used outside manufacturer's specifications.

Cancelled Orders

Before Your Order Ships

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately.

  • Within Processing Period: Full refund if cancelled before dispatch (typically within 5 business days)

  • After Dispatch: Cannot cancel once shipped, but return policy applies once delivered

  • No Cancellation Fees: We don't charge fees for cancellations made before shipping

Order Issues & Discrepancies

Missing Items or Incorrect Orders

Mistakes happen, but we fix them fast.

If You Receive:

  • Wrong Item: Contact us immediately - we'll send correct item and arrange return at no cost to you

  • Missing Parts: We'll ship missing components immediately

  • Incomplete Order: We'll complete your order and expedite shipping

  • Duplicate Items: Contact us to arrange return pickup
